Welcome to this special event between Gatten Sushi and Sekol. We are very proud to be working with Gatten and to bring to you the best Southern bluefin produced in Australian waters.

The harvest went well with a typical cold windy morning for this time fo the year. As you can see in the images below the weather was cloudy and the seas were a little rough
